This notice explains how personal information submitted through masbasketball.eu is handled when you contact MAS Development Agency, submit a player profile, or send a club request.

1. Who is responsible for the data?

MAS Development Agency is operated by Mas Aleksandar Naumovski s.p., Slovenia. For privacy questions or requests, contact naumovski.aleks@gmail.com.

2. What information may be collected?

Depending on the form you use, MAS may receive your name, date of birth, nationality, current club, basketball position, height, profile/statistics links, video links, Instagram details, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and information included in a club request or free-text message.

3. Why is the information used?

The information is used to review basketball profiles, respond to enquiries, assess potential cooperation, communicate with players, parents/guardians, clubs and basketball professionals, and manage legitimate pre-contractual or professional discussions.

4. Players under 18

If you are under 18, please submit information together with or with the awareness of a parent or legal guardian. MAS may ask for parent/guardian involvement before discussing representation or other formal cooperation.

5. Hosting and form processing

This website is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions may be processed and stored through Netlify's infrastructure so that MAS can receive and manage enquiries. MAS may also use normal email and communication providers when responding to you.

6. How long is information kept?

Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to review and respond to the enquiry, manage potential or active cooperation, meet legal obligations, or protect legitimate business interests. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted.

7. Sharing of information

MAS does not sell personal data. Information may be shared with service providers used to operate the website or communications, and—where relevant to a basketball opportunity—with clubs, coaches, specialists or other basketball professionals when this is appropriate and consistent with the purpose of the enquiry.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable data-protection law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or other information about your personal data. 9. Cookies and analytics

The current version of masbasketball.eu does not intentionally use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. Essential technical storage may be used for normal website functionality, such as remembering whether the intro animation has already been shown during the current browser session.
